My name is Donald and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK position for a Fortune 500 client of ours. This position is located in THOROFARE, NJ. Details for the positions are as follows:
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to performs daily accounts payable activities related to review of business travel expenses to ensure compliance with company policy
Responsible for assisting business travelers with questions or issues with online travel and expense program
Responsible for providing support for travel and expense program for business travelers
Complete monthly auditing tasks
Complete and prepare monthly reporting related to travel and expense
Maintains frequent contact with internal and external customers in order to address all issues
Would like to see candidates with some auditing experience when it comes to evaluating expenses (travel preferred but not required) compared to company policy i.e. checking for errors, etc.
